While meltdowns themselves cannot be controlled, we can choose our actions leading up to the meltdown and communicate our needs before the meltdown.

This is why I created this Free Meltdown Planning Class!

Feel free to share this class with parents, teachers, students, or therapists

This resource was made with ADHD and autistic people in mind, but is useful for any neurodivergent person suffering from meltdowns and need a clear plan towards recovery and prevention.

In my experience with students, and even myself, having a plan is the first step to reducing the intensity, frequency, and length of meltdowns.

I hope today’s class helps you in your journey towards thriving!

If you prefer reading an article, we have a summary of our free Meltdown Planning Class in our blog article 7 Tips for Autistic Meltdowns or ADHD Rage Episodes.

If you enjoyed the class and wish to make your own Meltdown or Recovery Plan, we have a free Meltdown Planning Poster in our Free Resource Library.
