When we are feeling overwhelmed, it can be challenging to know what to do to help return to how you usually feel.
It’s hard to think or know what is a reasonable action, and that’s as an adult!
So we made this free resource “check-in” list.
You can either follow the check in actions and use the poster as your reminder, or you can print it as a personal card that the learner can hand over to their support person.
We hope you can find use for this resource! We believe giving the tools like these to students will only make them more independent and gift them the skills they need to succeed.
