To go along with the 4 Emotional Regulation Zones Poster (also known as the 4 color zones), we created a Check-In Station Poster! This poster describes strategies for children to use once they enter the “blue, yellow, or red” zones. Once a child expresses feeling dysregulated, they are encouraged to “check-in” and follow the poster’s strategies.
